    I dont have my notebook in front of me, but I'm at 1105 if I remember correct. 1200 is a lofty goal, but it's only 95 pounds spread across 3 lifts.

    Sloop already is sending me out some App Nut products that we'll both be running together through out the log.

    It would be cool to have a race to 1,000lb total with you. I mean I know i'll definitely get there before you but you know it'll still be fun lolol

    I would think with your numbers you could probably make the most headway on bench

    That's funny cause the bench has always been my weakest lift but now I feel it's coming together nicely.
    Good luck today on the bench, gotta push Ben a little!

    I was the opposite, my bench was the strongest (because I never squatted or DLs lol). As I dropped a lot of weight my DL became the strongest, bench is catching up quick now, and squats are still a work in progress

    Today was a day to remember. I still have the feeling of being on top of the world right now. I really have no words of explanation right now cause I'm just so humbled and taken back. I finally reached my goal of a 225lb bench. I know it may not seem like much but for me this is something i've been striving for.

    I'll leave it at that and take a look at my workout from my workout log.

I'm rambling but it's just cause i'm so jacked up to have reached a major goal of mine.
