    Well guys this is the end of the road. Tonight was my last workout with Opus. I went out swinging though and set 3 PRs tonight.

    Through out this log i've set PR after PR. I'm going to be honest, I was pretty surprised by this. Seeing as I really fell in love with powerlifting this year I didn't really expect my strength to develop the way it has.

    What can I say about Opus that hasn't been said. It's one of the best non stim preworkouts on the market. Anyone who is even considering taking a stim break, is sensitive to caffeine or just trains late needs to really consider Opus.

    For me the biggest thing I can attribute to Opus was the incredible endurance/stamina and just great feeling it gave me in the gym. Coming from stim preworkouts to a non stim preworkout all of a suddent I thought I was going to have a drop off in the gym. It was completely the opposite and you can see that through out the PRs I set each workout.

    Magnum you really have a gem on your hands with Opus and I really can't thank you enough for the opportunity to have logged the product.

    What's up guys. Today had it's highs and a slight low. The low was I missed my last rep on my bench. I don't know what happened but you'll see in the video, on the 2nd rep my forearms start to shake. I called it after that rep and racked it. I didn't want to push the envelope seeing as I train solo. I'm not going to make any excuses and chalk it up as a lesson to learn from and grow better from.

    My squats felt good, good enough to test out 315lbs. I had some slight butt wink as you'll see in the video and I need to work on getting my hips pushed back some more. These are all things i'll work on as I move into my next MC's cycle after my 1 week deload.


    Here's the break down with the end of my first MC cycle.

    My total with the big three combined is 945lbs.

    Squat 315x1, Dead 405x1, Bench 225x1
