What's up world. Today was a great workout but sad news . I'm coming down to a couple more workouts with Opus and it comes to an end. That's later, this is now so lets not shed a tear.
I had two scoops of Opus and headed to the gym to kill sh!t. Everything went as I wanted it to go. I felt strong, had endurance which surprised me cause my squat and bench was taxing haha.
Here's a look at my workout from my workout log.
What's up guys. I just got back from the gym a little bit ago and it was a solid, solid, SOLID workout. I felt strong but i'm not going to lie, the last rep on my squat and bench were the f'n grinders. Other then that everything went as I had envisioned.
