Hey, Anthony, question about those Strong(er) shirts. Are they true to size? I wear a Large usually, so I just wanted to make sure they'll basically fit when I get them.

Well, Ant is 6'2" as well. Maybe he can shed some insight. And even if they are short, it's not like I DON'T like showing off my buns.

What's up world. Today was a great workout but sad news . I'm coming down to a couple more workouts with Opus and it comes to an end. That's later, this is now so lets not shed a tear.

I had two scoops of Opus and headed to the gym to kill sh!t. Everything went as I wanted it to go. I felt strong, had endurance which surprised me cause my squat and bench was taxing haha.

What's up guys. I just got back from the gym a little bit ago and it was a solid, solid, SOLID workout. I felt strong but i'm not going to lie, the last rep on my squat and bench were the f'n grinders. Other then that everything went as I had envisioned.

Yeah, I might have to look into a DL and/or squat program at some point. Actually, I just need to get some dang shin guards and I think my deads would improve a lot lol.
