Hahaha now that I read that it sounds pretty homo
What's up guys. So I hope this isn't against the rules of this log but today I decided since it was going to be a PR day for my deadlift I would mix a stim pre with 2 scoops of Opus. I apologize if this is against the rules but MAN DID IT MAKE FOR AN AWESOME WORKOUT AND PR!!!
I got a sample from a buddy on here of some Mr Hyde and have been wanting to try it out. I used 1 scoop of it along with 2 scoops of Opus and MAH GAWD WAS THE ENERGY, FOCUS, MENTAL AGRESSION AND ENDURANCE AWESOME. Opus is great stacked with a stim based preworkout and it would be awesome if Magnum came out with one to pair with Opus.
I felt great through out my workout and by the time I was done it felt like I had left everything behind in the gym.
Here is my workout from my workout log I had going. Thanks for following guys.
What's up guys. Today was an awesome workout. It was the type of workout you look forward to cause you know the mission and you have the mind set to just destroy. That's exactly how it went for me today. I set a PR in my OHP and mot importantly a PR in my deadlift.
I felt good with my squats and took advantage of the lighter weight to work on my walk out. This time I only took two steps vs 4 steps and it worked out well. It's not perfect but it's definitely getting better. I felt mentally strong today and overall it was a great evening lifting.
Let's get to my workout.

I'm sure you're experienced enough to just go with what you know works. I need a template and a program to follow at this point. It helps me stay the course and not switch back and forth from workout to workout.
I would say the form looked good for that type of weight. It looked to easy for you man. Pull 500My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

What's up guys.
Today was the stuff of future legends haha. No but really tonight was a great workout. 2 scoops opus (forgot my pack of Serum ) and It was on. The endurance I had paired with just the clear confidence made for an amazing workout.
Here's my entry from my workout log from tonight's workout. Stay strong!
HELL YEA!!!!!!!!!
I crushed my PRS tonight. Sorry for the excitement but I'm just happy with how it went in the gym tonight.
I had a buddy from my work lift with me. The only thing he really did along side me was squats. I was mostly helping him with some pointers and what not.
I felt strong today in the gym. I mean strong and just in the zone. My squat and bench just felt spot on tonight. Everything just clicked and was firing on all cylinders. Sorry for rambling but i'm just happy with how things went lol.

Thanks Kon, just trying to get better each and every day i'm in the gym.
What's up everyone. I just got back from the gym a little bit ago and it was another great one.
I woke up and had two scoops of Opus, no feed in my system and I left to the gym.
I felt great in the gym seeing as I woke up at 4am this morning. I had great endurance from the beginning of the workout to the end and felt I left everything behind in the gym, love that feeling.

I know maybe going about eating like I am isn't ideal but honestly i'm past the point of caring about a gut or love handles right now. My primary focus is just strength. If it was between a 405lb deadlift or 6 pack abs, best believe i'm choosing the 405lb deadlift.
That's good to hear the program is working for you bro.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441
