Right now my goal is to hit a 315lb squat, 405lb deadlift, 225 bench, 150 OHP. That'll put me at a 945lb total for the big three. This magic might happen in our log.
We have basically the exact same goals. We should be the ones running the dual log. Let Sloop and Marshall fight it out for first to 1200 (or whatever) while we can race to 1000. I still need to find about 120 pounds of strength somewhere...

I dont have my notebook in front of me, but I'm at 1105 if I remember correct. 1200 is a lofty goal, but it's only 95 pounds spread across 3 lifts.

It would be cool to have a race to 1,000lb total with you. I mean I know i'll definitely get there before you but you know it'll still be fun lolol

Do it. I might do the same tomorrow. Confidence is more powerful than any sup...even Condensed Sloop Sweat.

For you Big Ben I will bench 225lbs today. I'll take a video and give you a shot out Hopefully this will push you to hit 225 also.

I was the opposite, my bench was the strongest (because I never squatted or DLs lol). As I dropped a lot of weight my DL became the strongest, bench is catching up quick now, and squats are still a work in progress

Today was a day to remember. I still have the feeling of being on top of the world right now. I really have no words of explanation right now cause I'm just so humbled and taken back. I finally reached my goal of a 225lb bench. I know it may not seem like much but for me this is something i've been striving for.

What can I say. I felt on top of the world and this was easily my best workout in my entire life. Reaching my goal of benching 225 is really unexplainable for me. I know it sounds silly but it's really one huge step for me. Like I said above this workout was for you guys man. Thank you so much for all your help and continued help. I'm rambling but it's just cause i'm so jacked up to have reached a major goal of mine.
