Honestly unless you really feel like crap you don't need a pre workout...
I have a pre workout but i only use it if i really need to, and i honestly don't think it helps that much. Its all about your mentality, don't relay on supplements.

Stricly supplements? Every person is different and some react to different pwo better/worse. Find one that works for you but here are some that I found worked great.
