I plan on doing Leg Raises, Squats and Decline Sit-ups
Do you guys know better exercises?
I'm doing Rippletoe's SS.

A good exercise for building up hip flexors (I assume you are looking for some strength in the hip flexors so you are able to keep lifting your leg high as you start to fatigue) is to attach a cable to your ankle and then raise your knee up, you can do this either standing or supine, also if your gym has it, there are those multi hip flexor machines that can really target the muscle.
Out of those three exercises you listed, leg raises are the only real ones that will work your flexors, only problem is that it also targets your core.A mind without purpose will wander in dark places.
