    Lifting weights on empty stomach (QUESTION)

    After a day of being on a massive caloric surplus
    Would I still be able to push myself 100 percent at the gym the following morning on an empty stomach? (weight workout)

    i think you would be more tired from just waking up then lack of food intake, imo. dont worry about it honestly. if you mentally prepare yourself to dominate, then you will. if you put yourself in the mindset that youre going to be tired and perform sub-par, then you will.
