Stinkng breath solution

Hey brahs,

I have a problem. my breath consistently smells like s***. its annoying because its really giving me a complex. do u guys know of any solutions????

try flossing and using mouth wash, along side the usual brushing.

floss everynight, use tongue scrapers to get all the nasty **** off your toungue , mouth wash 1 - 2 times a day and stay hydrated

brush your tounge make sure theres no yellow coating on it. Eat lots of vegtables and keep your mouth moist by drinking water and chewing lots of gum.

take 2 shots of everclear every hour. it really sterilizes your mouth!

Floss once a day, brush and mouthwash twice a day, scrape tongue, drink lots of water. If you still have tonsils check and see if any white stuff is on them. Food can get trapped back there and will stink after a day or two, easy to get off with q-tips if you have any.

yeah just floss at least twice a day, brush 2-3x a day and mouth wash in the morning-before bed
and stay hydrated. unless you got major cavities??

I brush my teeth twice a day and went to dentist last week he said that my teeth-brushing is great.

i didn't know that staying hydrated helped. will drink more water (or beer?).
