I have been seriously under out of stress lately because I broke up with my girlfriend and I thought **** it I'm going to gym my stress away.
Problem is I think the stress and lifting was to much for my body.
I didn't even train that hard only 1.5 hours everyday but with 12 hours sleep a night
My libido is gone completely
I have a constant headache in two sides of my head.
I have gotten quite sick with a flu
I have take four days off with little recovery
My question is this just overtraining or cns fatigue or adrenal fatigue what do you misers advise?
Because I'm really worried its adrenal fatigue because that takes to long to recover from like 6 months
I really don't wanna take anymore time of lifting this **** is my life.
