Is there any PWO supplements that only need ONE scoop?

I have white flood, and I have to take 2 scoops just to get a slight pump. In my opinion, WF sucks.

I want to try Craze or Jack3d, and I was wondering if for those of you who have taken them before used 1 or 2 scoops? I want to get 45 servings, not 22 lmao.

In the non-stimulant department, I've tried Body Octane, Clout, and HemaVol. I think 1 scoop of HemaVol is good enough, also.

Of course, no sense in buying things you end up taking 2-4 servings of and getting 20 days worth. VPX Friction may be the best bang for your dollar as half a scoop is plenty potent for even the most stim-tolerant users.

I have a high tolerance to stimulants, so I needed several scoops of Jack3d to feel anything. Craze is the next pre-workout supplement I'm going to try, and probably the last. I don't find them necessary for maximizing my gains.

To answer your question, OP, Nutrex's Hemo Rage Black recommends only taking one scoop, and when I used it I never felt like a second was necessary.

His point is that at 2 scoops, WF is still cheaper than many 1 scoop PWOs. Who gives a **** how many servings a tub gets you? It's a matter of cost per serving.
