So eat an insane amount of carbs, sugars, and fats with only lifting to burn them off? Solid nutritional advice, OP. I know heavyweights who wouldn't eat like this.
Near, far, wherever you are...
...I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more, you open the door.
And you're here in my heart.
And my heart will go on and on.

I have a similar diet. Except I prefer rice and butter, or potatoes and butter. Lol @ all the people putting a huge emphasis on protein. If you're not loading up on carbs you're doing it wrong IMO.
And I would replace the veggies with ground beef or chicken. I let my animals eat my vegetables for me.

Or you can continue being weak and unmuscular, your choice.
If you workout hard and do compound exercises with the proper rep range with consistency, any diet with adequate calories micro and macro nutrients will give you great results.
If you have never had dairy before, this seems like a terrible idea though to be honest. A pound of cheese is a lot, and if you're sensitive to cheese, you're gonna be ****ting your brains out or vomiting if you're intolerant.

Seriously, you're completely disillusioned if you think this isn't a balanced meal
~80 grams of fiber
~200 grams of protein
~Vitamin C
~ B vitamins
~ Iron alongside the vitamin C so its better absorbed
~ tons of phytonutrients
~ potassium
~ magnesium
You could eat this everyday and nothing else and you wouldn't be deficient in anything.

I see what your're tryin to do Op but to me it seems the problem is (from experience) eating the same shyt everyday gets old quick despite it meeting your macros and on top of that it mainly affects us poverty time bros. If ur not on that poverty time and you complain about not gaining weight stfu and just eat. Weight gainer shake (with mass gainer) plus a mcdonalds breakfast (pancakes and all) makes u reach almost like 2.5 cal and u only need 1k to go after that. If I had the money id buy big breakfast plates at different places everyday cus most are an easy 1k cals.
Simply if ur not on that poverty time then just eat. Don't over complicate it. Its only when ur on a budget when it gets complicated.Occasional troll.

Not sure if serious. Meat has saturated fat too.
Thats not relevant though, because neither the saturated fat from meat or dairy is bad for you.
The whole lipid hypothesis is based on a crock study in which a scumbag scientist manipulated the data to skew the results.
France and Switzerland have the highest saturated fat intakes in Europe, and they have the lowest rates of heart disease in europe too.
