Hello,
Is it possible to lose one pound of fat a week, and gain a one pound of muscle a week? If so, any tips on how to achieve this?

There is not definitive way to say what you will and wont gain. Eat at a 500 deficit maximum, hit all of your Macros and stick to your lifting program hard and lift Heavy. If you don't have one get on one. What you gain depends on so many factors it will be impossible to say Yes you will or no you will not.
