Im going to diet 4 weeks past the 12 to get down to 133. Its all about fat loss this time. Ill be lighter than I was in my late teens by 7 pounds.

Hey I'm in too. Goal is to keep going slow but sure and hope not to derail over Christmas/New Years. I'll be back 'home' in South Africa over December/Christmas/New Year's. My ultimate goal is 165 lbs / 75 Kg.
