oh yeah Nitro, im cutting this go around. So you can take me off the bulk list
gonna attempt to get below 150 @ about .5 lb loss per week
i was stalling alot, and mentally i wasnt all there between classes. Cutting is MUCH easier than bulking

Jumped on the scales and found out im 80 kg thats close to the haviest ive ever been, I have more muacle and strength.than before, but regardless that leaves me overweight at just 5'9. Im way above 10% bf 0.5kg per week puts me.on target for feb the first to get to 75. my profile pic was 77.5 so its 5 weeks of hard dieting to get back to that. Traveling might make this challenging, but im in it now. Reps to any quality help and advice.
My PB's (1 rep max calculations) Goals are the oldschool standards relative to my goal bodyweight of 170
OHP 167 (goal is 170)
Bench 256 (goal was 255)
Squat 323 (goal is 340)
DeadLift 443 (goal was 425)
Chins BW x 19 (goal was 15)
Dips BW x 25 (goal was 15)

I've been eating at around maintenance this past week (been ill + exams) and haven't been to the gym and I feel so bloated and ill . I'm going back to the gym tomorrow, I feel so excited, I really can't wait. I'm sure I gained at least .5 pounds but we will see. Loaded up on broccoli and spinach for the week.
I also switched from Tofu to milk for my wheat and protein meal in the morning, I've been eating too much soy lately. Eating 1500 a day is so boring but it's not really hard to follow. I think I can reach 158 by the end of the month depending on my current weight (it was 161.4 last week) but we'll see. Winter break can't come soon enough. Can't wait to be back on 36 hours if and cardio everyday. I've decided to cut until 145 only. 13 in 2 months is doable, I've done it before but it'll be very hard. Up for the challenge tho.

This week I'll be working on a short film for five days and I won't have much control over my food choices while on location. There will also be a table stocked up with snacks for people to chomp on throughout the day... I'll do my best to avoid it. I may or may not have the energy to hit the gym during that time.

this is my cardio/running progress so far. i cant believe i did this today. i only walked like 3 minutes besides the warmup in this outing. my mind kept telling me to quit but I just kept telling it to F-OFF!! lol i know its not amazing stats, but for being formerly 345 starting the last thread to now being under 307 it is pretty amazing. to me at least ha

Still 161,4 so rather happy about that. I couldn't finish my workout tho, 500 mg caffeine before workout to compensate for lack of sleep is just like snorting a line of ******* but the crash comes much much sooner.

I know my submission was late, but due to a family issue, I was not near the computer on Thursday. PM was sent, I understand if I am dropped for a late submission. Either way, on Thursday I was sitting at 260lbs.....
Headed to my home town area in a month on a business trip so I need to turn up the jets and lose as much as possible before I see my family again....OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

Is it too late to join in with this group? I hope not. I've been weighing and working out for a while now but have hit a plateau so I need an extra push to see some results. I guess my ultimate goal is fat loss - don't know what my goal weight should be though. Goal fat% is about 16-18%. Currently I'm at 21.5%.
Weight at 1st Nov:- 150lbs
Weight at 8th Nov:- 149lbs

Don't let water weight fool you.
1000 cal deficit over a week is 7000 calories so 2 pounds of fat and that's if you only lost fat.
Not taking away from your performance, keep it up just don't be disapointed if it's not the same next week, or if it shoots up.

First cheat day. 40th anniversary for the parents. Chinese food and lemon meringue pie. Luckily it was the only meal I ate that day. Bad news is my stomach is still complaining 8h later lol.
But it tasted so good at the time!
Ah well, 1.5h of hockey afterwards, ended at 0 net calories, though 50g short of my protein target. Could have been much much worse

Hiking trip.
6.2 miles with a 40lb pack. One way.
Next time I need to lighten that. LOL!

we actually went a different route & honestly I think that took us to an even higher altitude for a little bit.
