    I don't know where the scale is. I can't find it anywhere this morning and haven't asked for it yet. The scale is usually one of the first things I locate along with my sister-in-law's hairdryer, but it's less of a priority for me now that I'm safely in the no-longer-obese column.

    I'm excited to see my performance improve year over year on the stair climbs up a steep hill nearby. After doing a certain number of sets of stairs in September of 2010 I was so sore I worried that I wouldn't be able to walk in my brother's wedding days later. I still need time to recover when I hit the top of the stairs, but going even further back in time, I thought I was going to have a heart attack one time after just one rep. No comparison.     Okay im in aswell I started probably late october...im down about 2 kilo for 99 to 97 and lost about 5 cm of my waist and about 4.5 of my hips. Doing very well. Slow and steady to keep my muscle mass. Loving it
    Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder..but no one want to lift some heavy as weight.

    I felt like I could have a good day at the gym if I bench pressed so I went and did a pr of 240 x 1. Im only 10 pounds away from what I used to bench years and years ago.
    Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

    Because I loathe driving to the gym to ONLY do cadio, i retired my bike for the year and put it on the trainer. I've been on it every day since i got it for at least an hour each day. Needless to say, its super convenient and I'm loving it! down to 211 so 2lbs down and 12 to go!

    Down to 224, that's 6 lbs in a week despite having a rough week diet wise. Scheduled my cheat meal for Monday because I knew I was having a pizza supper/movie night with other people in my program at school but then on Tuesday got invited to my future sister-in-law's house for her daughters birthday. Birthdays = bad eating. Its my fiancé's birthday next week so I'm expecting another rough week then.

    On the plus side my rugby shorts were fitting better this morning and my jeans felt a little looser.

    215.4 which means loss of 3.2 lbs. pretty good start.

    I hate my Tanita scale for being all over the place when it comes to bf%. Having said that I feel great, I have done extremely well with keeping up with the food diaries (average intake of 200g protein, 2100kcals overall) and hitting my targets, I've hit weights (p90 routine) 3 times over the past week and also done 25-35 minutes of yoga x twice, played 1h of soccer once and 40 minutes of full court basketball once.

    I relapsed a little on alcohol but I'm about 2 weeks green free.. things are certainly coming together for me in life, just a little hard since I'm the only one who's pushing myself to be better. Who else should though ?

    Hockey is awesome for cardio and core. Go go 1.5h of HIIT, lunges and core balance. I try to get 4-5 skates in a week. Costs a pretty penny, but cardio that is -enjoyable- and just melts fat? Definitely worth it!

    I knew I was foretting something yesterday. I weighed in at 190 in the am. I have been fluctuating in weight because I havent been keeping up with MFP and just eating anything. I srriously need to get back to MFP while I am "bulking" because I know it will be complete failure if I dont. Damn you sweets!

    Starting tomorrow im going on a 5 week cut at a pound a week. That will put me up to benching 160% of my body weight.
