Likely just water fluctuation. WOrk has made my workouts and diet pretty bad over the last week. Regardless, I'll take it.

i think i need to eat at maintenance for a little while, i'm starting to sleep like crap again... i go to sleep REALLY easy but wake up after 5 hours and can't go back to sleep...
this has happened to me before but i powered through it and regretted it

I'm part of the -2 crew this week (172.4 to 170.4). BIA scale is trending 1.5% BF lower (grain of salt obviously with BIA scales lol). If that's true though, that's -3 lbs fat and +1 lbm from last week. Water fluctuations or whatever, I'll take those numbers

Dropping body fat
Yesterday, I lost .8, down to 184.6. Was stuck at my previous low for a month. Guess I needed a deload week? Today, have a holiday pot luck at work going to try to mitigate it by eating baked chicken, but I will have some pecan pie!
No gym tonight, rest day. I've been every day since Sunday. My shoulder hurts I did dips last night. They really eff up my shoulder. Sucks.

Yesterday morning 207 because I knew I was going to drink tonight so it was my weight in
This morning after a night of drinking : 205.4 !!!I'll just stick to weight myself once a week as recommended :P

I had this problem one week & far as I can tell diet had nothing to do with it & it went away.

I don't know where the scale is. I can't find it anywhere this morning and haven't asked for it yet. The scale is usually one of the first things I locate along with my sister-in-law's hairdryer, but it's less of a priority for me now that I'm safely in the no-longer-obese column.
I'm excited to see my performance improve year over year on the stair climbs up a steep hill nearby. After doing a certain number of sets of stairs in September of 2010 I was so sore I worried that I wouldn't be able to walk in my brother's wedding days later. This time I'm doing a few more sets than that with ease and I have only minor stiffness in my legs. I still need time to recover when I hit the top of the stairs, but going even further back in time, I thought I was going to have a heart attack one time after just one rep. No comparison. I am reborn.

I just assume you're recomping? Just from the submissions over the past 6 months you've been sorta right around the same ballpark weight.
I'm supposed to be bulking this winter but life circumstances have prevented me thus far..soon though, soon.
