So, I have been messing around enough! I miss logging and I'm tired of lurking! HA HA
Some of you ladies know me, and I've missed you all!!! (Except for Hobbsie..... cause her lifts always make me look like a puss-cake)
.........wait........
I've typed too much already! Time for the gym. Will report back with my plans, routine, macros etc in a bit.
Later b**ches!

Driving lesson fail. No seatbelt. Try again in 14 years.
And thank goodness Rob can bake. I like the effort you made with the green beans, but you need to practice your food pr0n. I mean, go back to my old journal entries if you need schooling. No excuses, just performance...

Now, how is this going to help convince our partners and co-workers that we are "normal"?
Heidi eats ephedrine, Mountain Dew and Coke Zero for breakfast, rice cakes with PB (it does look like gravy) with green beans for lunch. I eat banana oatmeal sludge and enough chicken that feathers should be growing out of my butt.
On the other hand, Robs's eating chocloate chip cookies, apple crumble cheesecake and he's as ripped as phark.

KimP makes the occasional stop in my journal when I test her a question that requires more than typing with thumbs
I just texted her the other day and she's 9 months in on her year bulk. She HAS to report back at the year mark!
Why the hayell are you putting green beans on PB?
