Personally, I'd just mail order a few 5rd mags. Less wasted bulk and a little more streamlined for hunting in the field... can carry more mags in same amount of pouch space, etc... Unless you already have 10rd mags of course.

When we were hog blasting we didn't care all that much and just headshot everything anyway, so any old 55 grain would do. Deer on the other hand I really liked the performance of the 62 grain Barnes TSX solid copper bullet. At the time I could only find them in Cor-Bon as a factory load but it performed well out of our AR. That projectile is no joke, it makes some nasty holes in a deer's chest.

i take it back, i went and looked and it was actually 95g accutip. ive shot the barnes before with my 7mm. they give you 2 free boxes of ammo through the game and fish if you draw a kaibab tag where they have the condors. they want you to use full copper. when i got pulled a few years ago they did anyway not sure if they still do.

I saw an interview once with Jim Harrison where he said "You have to become the characters you are writing about... I just finished a Novella where the main character was a 15 year old girl. It's been a pretty tough couple of months for me."
My most recent project has be ghost writing from the prospective of a 21 year old Thai woman... Strangely enough it's going pretty easy!

A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

Well this is one of those umbrella statements... Like All dogs are mammals, but not all mammals are dogs...
Same thing... All Thai tranny hookers are legally treated as female, but not all Thai females are tranny hookers.
Although now you've really got me thinking about the part where I describe how you can really enjoy the taste of her fish sauce!

You need to see Bangkok in person to believe the sights, serious. Take it from someone who was there for a smidge over a year, I didn't see all there was to see and I saw QUITE bit. If you do go, down by the wharf is the place to go, lol.
Homework, NAO! If I have to come out there HEADS VILL ROLL!!! Plenty of screwing off time, prioritys.

Okay, so I think I'm going to take a half day and make a chili base this afternoon with the last tomatoes of the year. I have Brandywine, San Marzanos, and some Better Boy maters still on the vine. I also have Ghost, Scorpion, Jalapeno and Bell peppers.
Any advise and ideas? The hardest part of a zombie apocalypse will be pretending I'm not excited.

I have "Chili Starter" packs in my freezer.
Basically core and seed tomatoes, try to remove some of the seeds from peppers. (You don't have to get them all, but the more seeds you have in it will bring a mild bitter green flavor)
Toss in food pro with 4 cloves of garlic... Pulse into chunks. Sprinkle with Cumin and FRESH CRACKED black pepper. Ladle into quart sized bags. Remove all air.
At this point in the game I wouldn't put actual chili powder into the mix, save that for when you actually make the chili fresh etc...
Lat flat in a freezer set to high.
If frozen fast they'll keep up to six months!6'4"
