13 pounds will make a difference but in your case id do a slow cut and concentrate on putting on more muscle. How fast are you losing weight now? Welcome aboard. Also ill be giving you reps. Good job.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

I wouldn't mind getting in on some extra motivation, but I don't know how well I'll fit in with the group.
I have a LOT of weight to lose. I started this at over 400lbs (couldn't tell you exactly because that's as high as my scale goes). As of this morning I weight 394.6lbs. My goalis to be down 100lbs by the time I finish graduate school in mid May. That gives me 6 months to lose 100lbs... Roughly 16.7lbs every month.

had terrible gym day today
my legs have been exhausted since saturday for some reason. skipped cardio yesterday, couldn't squat 130 more than 3 times without my form being horrible (swinging to my dominant/stronger leg) despite being able to do 125 for 3 sessions straight.
gonna skip the gym this week and focus on pushing my cardio, and then deload my squat to 115 to catch up on my form
on the plus side, i was able to do an actual pullup. never been able to before

Weighed in today at 168.6. Back to my weight from two weeks ago. Electro body fat reader scale thing says my bf has gone up to 2 % to 14%
Starting to get pretty frustrated with my results. Dropped calories to 1600 and upped cardio this week and still hovering around the same weight. Going to stick it out another week before dropping cals another 100.
Congrats everyone whose making progress. Keep up the good work guys

Yeah excel would work but why everyone need the program Id just log it each week in the spread sheet. Oh also yes include formulas.

With the different versions of the programs and diff programs themselves... I've experienced formatting issues that can go so far as making the spreadsheet useless.
For example, when I've tried to use complex spreadsheets made in excel in google docs the columns weren't aligned right & formulas weren't working.
If u want enter the data digitally only... Could be annoying.
Not to say the most current excel would still not work right with other programs. I'm just tryin to think ahead of potential cross-platform stuff.

GL Bro
To all in this thread, I've fluctuated my weight A LOT.
And, the Most Helpful Action on my part when on the "Down" was keeping 100% honest food log/journal.
I literally have several notebooks filled with my daily food items/calories/protein, etc.
Not to say, that my lifting with extreme intensity & generally doing a lot of cardio hasn't helped immensely...
But keeping the food log made the weight Fall off!I Rep Back
