Started IF last night. From 8pm til noon today I had no food. Only water and soda. It's tough starting right before Thanksgiving, but i'm gonna stick with it til I can't stand it anymore. Honestly, I was hungry going to bed, wokeup hungry, and that quickly went away. I'll see how it goes.

I eat 2 meal a day, the first is at 11:30-12:00 and is 600-700 cals the nest one is when I get home at 18:00 and is 1000-1100 cals. after the last meal I feel full and I never get to go to bed hungry.

I didn't eat as many calories as I could have before my cutoff. I'll be sure to fill up better today. The hunger didn't even bother me really.

I was slacking this week. I went to sushi, I've drank a few days, and I haven't been focusing on losing weight. I did get a bench PR of 315x4, a squat PR of 315x1, and a deadlift PR of 405x12 this week though!!!

I've been with the family and was too busy to go to the gym this week, plus with all the food around.
I gotta get to the gym on monday and see what the damage was from this week lol, I'd say atleast 5 pounds
I was feeling sick this week, damn migraines... most likely from going from low salt to a sh!t ton for the last couple days.
I made sure and got my protein each day from all the deviled eggs, turkey, etc. that I was eating.
Updating weight on monday then getting back on track.
Down almost 50 pounds since February

Long term goal - 235 @ 8-12%
Bulking now 15% 140 who cares, will cut at 150lbs/or febuary or march no point cutting to 10-12% with no real mass
IMHO if one is going directly from cutting to a bulk, then anything below 15% is a waste. If you are cutting for the summer and going to bulk in the winter then going as low as possible makes sense.
weighed in at 169 this morning (could be water weight fluctuation, not sure)

Still here bro. Have two different start weights in two different threads and two spreadsheets keeping track lol. This one I'm down 5.6 lbs atm.
I hear ya about joints - 5 games of hockey over 3 days, I couldn't move my knees/hips/back yesterday.
Is it possible that I could be getting some water retention from the creatinine nitrate in C4?
Eating almost the same as always to keep 1 to 1.5 pound of loss/week. So, surprised at lack of loss and slight gain?
Creatine can cause a few pounds of water retention, also if you're eating a lot of sodium that can make you retain quite a bit as well. I would keep at it for another week or two and if you still haven't lost then readjust your calories/macros.

Thanks. Didn't think the 1 gram in C4 would do a whole lot. Not even consistent with it (only on work out days), but i'll keep track.

well, I didn't do as bad as I thought I would around thanksgiving
went up from 200.6 at 15.9%
on the 29th I was 203 at 16% "handheld" maybe water weight because of salty foods?
Still trying to cut down to 185-188, or 10% whichever comes first.
Even though I felt like I was pigging out I must have been subconsiously eating right around maintenance because I didnt weigh anything out the entire week during thanksgiving.
Will most likely still be cutting until my birthday in Feb.
Even though I gained a couple pounds, It seems like it was mostly muscle.
Looking leaner in the mirror, the old gut is almost gone, I'm finally SLOWLY starting to see parts of my abs for the first time in my life "when flexed", and my size 32 pants are starting to get pretty loose.
