Well, Marshall28 and I are back at it again. I believe this will be our third dual Log and dare I say, most epic?
The Goods:
The main component of this Log will be Molecular Nutrition's OG X-Factor

Introduction:
I'll spare you. You all know me by now. I'm from Chicagoland, I'm awesome, and my grandma is attracted to Dbone.
Goal(s):
To get stronger. I've basically been on a perma cut/recomp for 6 years and I did my first successful straight up cut earlier this year. Now it's time to....bulk. As a former fat guy (FFG), "bulking" is a scary concept for me. You'd think that as a FFG, I'd know how to bulk, but I have an idea that bologna sandwiches, pop tarts, Litte Caesar's and Coke for every meal isn't the way to go. I'm going to try to up my calories (to around 2,500-2,800) and see what happens. I've been happily going along in the 2,000 range for months now and have kept my weight in the 181-185 range. I don't want to bulk to like 205, I'd be happy in the 190-195ish range.....so just a mild bulk. I mean, I've bought too many new, skinny clothes this year to bulk myself out of them.
I'm looking forward to some top end PRs and some size/definition in the mirror.

I was just planning on dosing 4 caps (1g) daily. However, it seems that many people use 6-8 caps. My question is, should I do 4 caps daily, or 6-8 caps on workout days only?
4 caps daily would last 50 days. If I workout 3 days a week and do 6 caps that would be nearly 3 months and 8 caps a day would be about 2 months.
Yeah, I INVENTED Logging my friend.

Great way to start the log. While I was warming up I felt a bit weak but as I got warm I felt better and better. My muscles felt really full and my veins were poppin which is normal for me right now. I train 6 days a week so it will be interesting to see if the extra ARA each week will benefit me or not.
