Heavy abs? I don't like the sound of ab work....but I can see how that would help.

Usually if you're falling a bit forward, it's either a ab issue or losing tightness in your upper back. I usually try to throw abs in once a week, since standing OHP and squats tend to hit them hard already. You looked like you were sitting back far enough, so that doesn't appear to be the issue.
That was my main problem as well on heavy stuff, though I think my main issue is weak abs/glutes.

This. When I forget to maintain tightness in the upper back, my form suffers and the rep is unstable.

The weight felt a bit heavy on the Overhead shoulder press today. Not sure why but I still put up decent #'s for me. My hunger was out of control last night but the scale didn't change too much. I weighed in this morning at 178lb. I know this weekend we have some killer meals planned so I would expect to be +180 by Sunday.

I am poppin SS like crazy. Close to 4 a day. Granted I have about 15 bottles worth so I am good to go!

Normally I am hitting my 2,600. Some days I am pushing 3,000-3,500. I am happy that I am not packing on the weight super fast. I am def not as lean as I was before I started eating this much but I enjoying eating again so that is a bonus

Srs though, I don't want to gain a ton. If I go up to 190 that's okay, but I'm not sure an extra 5lbs is really a "bulk." That's like a typical Iowa weekend, haha.

But a Iowa weekend 5lbs is not real weight. 5lbs of real weight would be a good number to shoot for.
