i am using jack3d micro right now. i got on the deal in which you can get animal rage for just a dollar if you buy a can of animalpak. i heard i have to cycle off jack3d first before i can try rage. is that true?

It'll help enhance the effects of Rage if you take a short break, but it's up to you if you want to take one or not.

Essentially you want to cycle off a certain pre before you try another so that you can feel that new pre to its fullest. You don't have to but you can. Even a week would help.

Unless you are feeling "adapted" to pre-workouts, then there's no need to cycle off.

Taking 2-4 weeks is definitely worth it IMO.
You'll be surprised how much of a tolerance you have gradually built up and havn't noticed.

I like to take around 4 weeks off between tubs. I do this to give my body a break from the extra stims, and to let my tolerance go down.

thanks guys! i have about a few workouts left in the jack3d. afterwards, i will try to cycle off for a week or two before i will take rage.

depends on how much you had in a week, tbh I would suggest taking just 2-3 weeks off, I take jack3d(banned stuff)4-5 times out of week and after finishing a tub I will cycle off for 3-4 weeks and try a different sup but bare in mind I am on 3 scoops so that why I will have a long time off. if you're just having 1-2 scoops you should be fine with a fortnight off
