how to use Russian bear ?

I just wanted to know what is the best way to use russian bear 5000? since the instruction on the box says that I should mix one scope with one gallon of milk or water.
what if I don't want to do that ? and I want to drink by oz (glass or cup)?

It's actually 1 gallon of milk per serving which is 5 scoops not 1. And no you don't have to do it this way. You can go ahead and mix a scoop with however much water/milk/whatever you want. Just divide the macros by 5 to find out how much is in a single scoop to fit into your diet.

was going to say lol, doubt you'd need that much of liquid just for 1 scoop of anything .
