The dude who stands like 8 inches away from you talking or texting while you're benching or squatting and you're scared ****less that the end of the bar is going to hit him.
The guy who stands in the middle of the gym watching one of the tvs for 15 minutes.
The 8 year old kid who is going around climbing on top of all the machines while his dad is finishing up a workout."God will not have his work made manifest through cowards"

Apparently, I'm several gym steriotypes...
Only go in the weight lifting area to do pullups, squats, and leg press. Maybe some other machine if I get curious.
(I go to my gym to swim mainly, almost everything else I do is body weight. Which I usually do before I go to the gym and swim)
So, it could look like i'm just the guy who comes in, does some squats and pullups. The only guy that ever uses the unassisted pullup bar (just the straight bar, not that turned down garbage)
Get dirty looks from the guys benching 30,000 pounds; can't lift their own body up.
And, then hope on the tread mill and run before I go and hit the pool again for more laps.
The one I see that hasn't been mentioned, people who mess around with the assisted pull up bar, set it way high, and just ****ing chill out while it holds them up. Why? Why would you do that?
And, for the pool, old fat people who just chill out in the swim lanes. And, get uppity if you ask them to move so you can actually swim laps.
Definatly the worst part of my gym experiences. Fat, Hairy, Old men who walk around naked, don't understand the concept of shower curtain, and will walk up to people and start conversations and put one leg up on the bench. Every old guy is ****ing insane here?
Every now and then I get the guy who comes over to thank me for my service, while i'm in the middle of doing pullups, and he extends his hand. Really mother****er? Really?
Or, the lockerroom. Why? What goes on in your ****ing brain that makes you want to come shake my hand while i'm changing boxers? No light to guide.
No ties, no ties to bind.
Evening tide what do you hide, damnation or salvation?

The idiot that comes to the gym, trys curling 135 swinging around. Goes to dumbbell rack and tries curling 70s. Finishes off on leg press loading plates beyond belief and does 1/4 ROM.

-Swim 1000 meters.
-Shower, get dressed(jeans - And, my bag. Adds weight for my pullups)
-go in and do some pullups (which I actually am training)
-do whatever other machines seem like a good idea in the moment
-leave since I don't break a sweat from pullups/leg press/whatever else I do.No light to guide.

Group of skinny ****s who think training biceps instead of triceps will get you big arms.
Dudes who do what lift you do after you're done your whole workout
People who feel the need to talk to you mid workout like you're at a party at not there to train
Also, im that guy that purposely ignores the spandex-make up girls who are obviously trying to get my attention"I created the Sound of Madness, wrote the book on pain
Somehow I'm still here to explain
That the darkest hour never comes in the night
You can sleep with a gun
But when you gonna wake up and fight?"
"It's all on you. Always has been, always will be"
It's not where you're from; it's where you're going. It's not what you drive; it's what drives you. It's not what's on you; it's what's in you. It's not how you fall; it's how you stand.
