What drives me nuts sometimes is people's programming. I work at my gym so I see this a lot. It makes me go crazy when I see someone bench/arms day after day after day.
R.I.P their muscle fibers.

The 15-16 year old skinny ass kids in muscle shirts that first walk to the dumbells and do curls with too heavy weights for them swinging like hell. Then they move on to the bench press putting 350 lbs on the bar and screamin plus trying to get the weight off the rack lookin like theyre havin a epilepsy seizure

Some of my friends wanted to lift with me
We went to the gym together yesterday
We finished routine, both of their lifts went up from last time
We all ended up being loud *******s and flexing in the mirror
Some 120 lb 6'2" black guy came in and tried to momentum curl 80lb dumbbells
Strongest momentum curling form I've ever seen
He joined our group
Name is Mustafa (sp?
I think we would have covered like 8 in here if we hadn't all made good gains on BLSS this workout.Last edited by ALBoldt; 10-31-2012 at 05:33 AM.
