    for pure hypertrophy training an hour is enough... if you're doing strength training then rest periods can be anywhere from 3-10 minutes and generally an hour is not enough.

    I am trying Kelei style routine - Spending less time in gym, but doing more volume and feels more intense. Takes me about an hour per workout if I don't have to stand around waiting for filthy casuals to stop texting and socializing on and around equipment.

    Would only take you an hour?

    This is an example of the Texas Method by the way and if this only takes you an hour you are doing it wrong.

    you must work out at home. any commercial gym i've gone to, i spend anywhere from 5-10min waiting on machines/benches during my workout. 10 min to change in/out. brb, another couple of min worth of racking weights. so now, you've spent a total of 35min lifting and resting. lol

    90min is the GOAT gym time.
