Since starting orange triad about 1 week ago, I get incredibly thirsty for about 3-4 hours after taking it. If I don't drink an absolutely insane amount in this time, I feel like I will pass out (srs)
Now I know that on the tub, it actually says consume at least 1 GOWAD, and goes into detail about how it is imperative that you drink this much and don't have a history of dehydration or whatnot
What I want to know is WHY. Why is it imperative that you drink so much, and what is actually in orange triad that necessitates this massive requirement?
I used to take animal pak religiously, and although that also claimed you needed to drink a ton of water, I didn't notice any effects if I didn't
Whats different about triad?
An extrmely short review btw: I feel better (provided I drink a hell of a lot) on triad than animal pak. No bias
Thanks

Because that is what is needed to be healthy, whether you are on OT or not...you should be drinking a gallon daily at the very least.
I actually think you need more than a gallon as an active individual. Im easily at 1.5 gallons daily.Controlled Labs Warder

8 16oz glasses. I try to drink this amount, but i find it hard to believe there is a set amount of water you need a day. if you were a wild animal you would drink when you were thirsty. now if a supplement was known to dehydrate your system then maybe suggesting that a gallon + of water a day is needed would serve a purpose. just drink as much as you can and still do life without looking for a bathroom every 10 minutes.
never really did get the answer to what in the orange triad is making you so thirsty.

that was not really the op's question though. he seems to know consuming larger quantities of water is recommended. anyone who would think that a pro football wouldn't need more water than a person like me who weight trains 1 hour a day and runs 3 miles a day would be crazy. i never disputed this. somedays i get a gallon in and others i might not even get a half gallon . been doing a similar routine for years and years and never had health or dehydration issues. i know a guy at work who drinks a lot of water (more than i do ) doesn't work out at all and has problems becoming dehydrated a lot. all i was saying is everybody's bodies require different amounts of water and this can greatly be affect by a supplement that makes him very thirsty drinking the same amount of water he always has.

I dont believe the OT is significantly dehydrating him in any way
There are many more probable causes: more sweating, more sodium in the diet, other things he hasnt accounted for.Controlled Labs Warder
