    Hey, I'm working on cutting too. I eat on average about 1,500 Calories, 15-18g Fat. I'm 154 Lb, 7.3% BF, 19 Years and around 5'8

    My Meals usually consist of Fruits, Vegetables, Cereal, Protein shakes, Low fat meats, Skim Milk, Water ect..

    PS: I skip on Pasta, Rice, and things of that sort and I go to the gym 6 days a week Lifting Heavy.


    Is this good or not? Feedback from you?

    When you were anorexic, how did you get your bench up? 5x5 rep scheme? How did you start utilizing your pecs while benching?

    Obviously, I'm not OP, but I think we both can agree that at 7.4% you should be bulking. It seems like you have a really solid base at 5'8 154. Lean bulk. Make gains of peace.

    7.3% bf in your avi???? ummm..... ok. Look at Martin Berkhan who is around that bf% and compare him to you, then hop into a bodpod man. Anyway, bf% really does not matter IMO. I am more proud of visual results than a likely inaccurrate number.

    I used to be a tiny anorexic runner too. I am still small, around your size not as shredded. Keep up the work. You are making great progress!
