You cant always get what you want, but if you try sometimes you just might find you get what you need.

Be very careful of weight and form when doing Arnold Presses. It puts the rotator cuff under alot of pressure due to the nature of the exercise.

"Many basic or compound exercises (e.g. squat, bench press, etc.) have a bell shaped resistance curves or shift the resistance through multiple muscle groups throughout the exercise's range of motion allowing the muscles to momentarily relax between repetitions. This period of momentary relaxation between repetitions allows greater opportunity for momentary blood flow permitting the clearing of acid accumulation."

It is one of my staples. I usually start out with some heavy compound pressing movements. Then I finish off with those.

Yep.
I remember back in the 90's everyone was doing the Arnold's for shoulders, and then doing the twist thing on chest dumbbell presses too, and then the bench press with legs up and feet off the ground.
I guess that was the precursor to all this bosu ball **** we see in the gyms thses days.
Plant your feet, grab the heavy ****, and press straight up.Insta: flexjs
