    You're going to need to be way more specific if you want any good info. (IE: what are you planning on competing in? BB? MP?) Also your location would help. I personally compete in the NPC and enjoy it, they always have lots of shows all over the US so it's easy to find a few to do every year. Just google the NPC schedule or shows in your area. Then pick one and start the preppin!

    agree with mccoy19, what do u want tthe judges to give you the best points on? what part of your body stands out more than others? what group are you leaning towards to compete in?
