my workout that might be really odd to a lot of people...
When I work out I just usually do my own thing, whatever works for me.
I'll do...
day 1 - chest
day 2- back/shoulder
day 3 - legs/some powerlifting
Each workout day I'll work my bicep/triceps but not a full arm day workout. usually the most when i work chest. When I do shoulder/back I superset my workouts, shoulder then back so I don't workout more than an hour.
I'll rest two days... sometimes a day in between my workouts if I am really tired. This has been working for me strength wise, but does anyone want to chime in on this?
