yea sorry it was a quick text , i currently weight 11stone and am hoping to gain at least a stone in a year , the calorie intake is 2,800cal , protein is 180g, carbs are 230grams and not sure the right measure of fat , i am following the michael mathews one year body challenge for men , his advice is based on the calorie intake i have noted and the protein intake i have noted , just not sure if im eating to much bread or not enough protein????? thanks for the reply anyway its my first time on the forum and did not think i would even get a response cheers mate.
