Intro:
After a long hiatus Ive decided to start re-logging after starting a new program. Im running a bastardization of 5/3/1 in which I follow the standard protocol for the compound lift and then add in whatever assistance I'm feeling that day (hence the "Intuitive" in the title). It is somewhat similar to Dave Tate's Periodization. I also try to train saturdays which usually consists of extra assistance/fluff work. I absolutely love lifting and have to force myself to leave the gym. I could spend all day in there if I didnt have other engagements. I plan to make my way to the 165 weight class for powerlifting short term, and inevitably the 181s. I would also like to step on the bodybuilding stage if I ever feel that I have attained the mass necessary to be competitive. This log will follow my journey to strength and aesthetics and will be a place for me to log my lifts, possibly some eats, and hopefully keep me consistent. Rock and roll.
Goals:
-165 lbs with a class 1 total (1068 total according to PL watch...short term goal)
-181 lbs with a Master, or god-willing, an Elite total (Long term/lifetime goal)
-Aesthetics
-Attain arms
Current lifts:
Tested/Estimated
Bench: 190/205
Squat: 285/315
Dead: 420/450
Total: 895/970
Current Macros:
80g fat/420g carbs/230g pro
I eat almost entirely "bro", but do practice flexible dieting, especially since this latest carb bump.

Note:

They do not. I believe they use RAWs standards. This was the page my PL team at school has been following. I know USAPL's is ungodly higher, so I set a reasonable goal for myself using the standards my teammates and I already go by

Terrible, terrible idea.
Immediately realized the mistake I made when I put the can to my lips...and I really dont know how Im maintaining this leanness. >400g carbs a day....glutes are slightly straited. da fuq?
Anyway had myself a pre-bed "Bnizzle-ish" meal. AKA micros and pop tarts.
Fat salad with chicken, thousand isand and 2 fried eggs broken up in there
needed some extra fat. Sunbutter + pop tart = win...still wish they werent 200 cals per. so unsatiating.
