2/12/13 Back n Bis
Misc: Decided I was well enough to hit the gym for a bro sesh. Did pretty well on my test I think after conversing with classmates about our answers. I probably shouldn't, but I'm going out drinking tonight....also my BB.com order came today which had a "dip belt"(though im probbaly only gonna use it for pullups), and "big back grips" because my hands are ruined from calluses. these really helped.
Highlights
Pullups (wide grip): bw x 5, + 10 x 5, + 25 x 5, +45 x 5 x 2, + 70 x 1 --> +25 x 8 -->BW x 8
DB rows: 80s x 12 x 3
various pulley back ****: 6 sets
Various Bicep ****: 12 sets
Abs: 50 x 3 decline sit ups.

thanks man. I have 4 different packs of wraps right now...lets just say I wasnt getting enough fiber and high fiber wraps are the easiest and tastiest way to get it in (imo)....and lol yeah thats my kitchen calc. Use it for basic macro ****. I have a TI-84+ for my real school work.

yeahhh weight belts are awesome. I use it for chins, pull ups, dips, and rarely some weighted calf work. Another good thing about them is that if you go somewhere on vacation/traveling, you could still bring that and do some intense weighted work despite lack of barbells.

Notes: ppl were mirin. had far too many ppl asking for spots/advice today. was kinda annoying tbh, but I guess it feels good to help beginners out. just dragged this sesh out longer than I intended.
Mirin zyzz shorts ....For the record I did have underwear on for the pic but this > the OG....
Note: I dislike the look of my physique when I dont flex my abs.

thanks a bunch my man....I actually was displeased with how I cooked the steak. first i undercooked it so I threw it back into the pan and I ended up over cooking it a hair. I like medium rare and it ended up medium almost medium well...oh well, it was still a good.
all the way east and about half way up. Im 5 hrs from buffalo which IIRC is somewhat near u so yeah its a trip and a half im sure.

thanks man. Squats are becoming my favorite lift again since im taking a week (or maybe more ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) of DLing...My hands are TORN up and I made the executive decision to just cease DLing and let them heal...Im sure the increase in squat frequency will only benefit them though.
