1/24/12 Back/Bis
notes: Pec tie in is still tender, but it didnt affect my rowing/bicep movements so thats a plus. Its definitely not excruciating or anything so I'm guessing/hoping its just a minor strain. Been slathering Icyhot on it, and thusly smelling like menthol all day. I got some looks in class lol.
Pendlay PR, weighted chin up PR, and a pretty quick mile... bordering my personal best
"Pumpkin pie" baked oats
yeah I gotta be careful...and hot fries acre actually delicious. had forgot all about them until like last week, but that flavoring brick is making me rethink my decision to eat them
lol yeah im hoping for free hot fries for life....haven't tried the greek strawberry yet, but if it follows suite of the others, it will be good.

thanks man! Thats a solid guesstimate though. I did mine on the indoor track. heres the kicker I didnt mention. apparently a mile is 8.5 laps around, and that time above is for 9 laps, so im right on the cusp. I literally almost died at the end tho.
bitches were mirin.
hahahaha, is that a challenge?
hahahah so down man. my upper body is severly lacking. Do i even lift (I wanna buy that T that says that)
unfortunately not. no protein powder in those, real simple recipe below.
recipe:
70g rolled oats
10g complete pancake mix
0.5 cup milk (I used skim milk, but I'm sure any kind would work)
120g pure pumpkin
1 whole egg
1 white
dash baking powder
dash cinnamon
dash pumpkin pie spice (optional)
splash vanilla extract (optional)
pinch of salt
Splenda to taste
Mix all of this up in a bowl and pour into your oven-safe dish of choice (it will rise a little bit, but not a lot) and bake at 375 for around 30 minutes or until you can put a fork into the middle and it comes out clean. top with coolwhip and WF pancake syrup if desired.

some food
Spinach, lettuce carrots and cabbage salad with diced chicken, 2 over easy eggs (the yolk makes a pseudo dressing), and buffalo ranch

Omg damn Mitch, your strength is faurking crazy! Great improvements. I haven't deadlifted in quite sometime but the most I got was 325 for 4. 405 is insane at your weight and our age. Nice Rice collection! I have that same mahatma basmati! I ran out of jasmine rice so I'm going to be using that sushi rice I have and that basmati till I need more. Gelato HNNNNNGGGG going to get some right now, no lie just because you said so.

1/26/13 and 1/27/13
Took these two days off, my tie in is still sore. WTF! I've been foam rolling the area and using icy hot, so hopefully itll be good next week. Im gonna rearrange my lifting sched so I dont need to hit chest again till wednesday, so hopefully its good by then.
hahhahaha thanks man, the 20 rep squats are easily my favorite lift (and also the most excruciating and horrible things on this planet.)...as for those 90 second uncle bens rice things, they are real convenient but they are actually kinda expensive compared to just buying the dry/raw rice.
thanks man. Im still jelly of that squat!
I mean in all hoensty if PLing isnt a big concern of yours, DLs are not necessary IMO. Its my best lift though so I have to go HAM on it lol. and yeah, that gelato is incredible. IMO talenti still barely edges it out, but this is a nice alternative.
basmati ftw! and lol what do u mean "breathing squats"?
hahahaha yeah I thought that was funny I was jostling the cam after I dropped the weight. anyway my stance isnt all that wide. maybe 6 inches-1 foot outside shoulder width.
thanks man! always good to have you pop in here

Haha you sick kent!!! 100 Pulls really gets your lats activated like a mofooo. I'm impressed Mitch! Nice work on the pendlays. My coach says I'm not parallel enough to the ground so I'm going to drop the weight and basically work on T-Bar Rows as if they were pendlays. One arm DB rows make me break such a huge sweat! Eats are great!
