My school's rec center is full of a lot of tards too. Meanwhile it also is home for Kyle Kenough (sp?) who is basically the #1 squatter for 148lbs in powerlifting lol. I've watched some of his videos taken at the rec center and he starts RAGING at people who walk in front of his filming.
Kyle is a fukin beast, just subbed to his YT recently. He has kind of a whiney voice though lmao. That rec center looks badass though!

They still sell them across the country I believe, but they changed the formula after the incidents a few years ago. I can proudly say I never drank a full one. Had 1 cup of the stuff and tossed the rest...Smirnoff ices though, we had a brief stint of "icing" here. my god...

misc: dem flexors man. 280 x 5 was only an RPE 9 due to the flexor pain not lack of strength...This is reassuring that my squat strength is way up from where I started, but unfortunate b/c im the king of nagging injuries #jewgenetics...did the squats b4 the bench btw. wasnt an issue today since bench was VERY easy, but if/when it gets tougher ill stick to benching first.

lol the reason im good at DL is the reason I suck at bench. dat wingspan...and about ego lifting, I dont think Ive ever performed a bench press rep that hasn't touched my chest.
fat intake is 70-80gs most days.

I do the same thing with my RPEs. Fatigue, technique, and injury can all effect how I rate the difficulty of my sets.
BTW if you do decide to do that meet I'd recommend being fairly conservative with your attempts. You should try to go 9/9. As a rule with my athletes, I like their opener to be ~90% of their max or their 3RM. Their second attempt should be ~95% and act as a "bridge" to the third attempt. Depending on how 2nd attempt went I will have them go for their gym PR or perhaps attempt a very small PR (~5-10lbs). Using this method you should go at least 6/9 and come out with a solid total.

was 290 when i hit 350 (after 315x4 335x2). now i'm mid 180s benching 280 or so. havent maxed in a while, hit 320 @ 190 during my bulk in the fall.
other lifts suck so I focus on them and just kinda let my bench maintain

Those are still good lifts man. Very solid. You will do great at a show for your weight. I am really excited about you running smolov jr. It was always something I considered, but I never did because I wanted to focus on bodybuilding.
