cell tech isn't really as good as they say
i've been hearing alot about how good cell tech is, and every time you see someone shredded or really strong/big you allways suggest he's been using cell tech.
well, i ordered a container of celltech hardgainer
after 6 weeks, dieting and on a random brand of creatin i got from costco i gained 2 pounds of lean muscle keeping the same bodyfat percentage.
after 8 weeks on the same diet, same workout plan but on celltech i gained 1.7 pounds og lean muscle, probably some water weight in all 14 weeks.
don't believe all you read people, celltech is just like any other brand of creatine.
