I don't think you'll have a problem making gains. Arms are already looking much better. How long have you been lifting now?

Today should have been leg day but I stopped after one set. I went in totally not feeling it, I just didn't care. If I'm thinking I want to quit before I even do the first set I hardly have enough motivation to keep going...
I procrastinated the workout all the way to 11PM when I usually do it earlier in the afternoon. My right knee started bothering me last week and it still hurts today, I did the first set of ATG 65x15 but only could go parallel and even then my knee cap hurt, but I did the entire first 15 reps anyways, but that's all.
I should have stayed and finished my straight legged deadlifts, calf raises, and did some light stuff like bodyweight lunges and took my normal day off tomorrow, but I'm going to try to get that workout in tomorrow. It's going to mess up my normal split and I'll be going into back/bi day right after I did SLDL's but whatever.
It's fukking enraging that I squat such pussy weight and even then my knee fuks up. Fuk my bitch ass, shyt ass genetic knock knees. (srs)

I tried wrapping it tight with something I found but it didn't help. My knees are seriously genetically fukked beyond repair. All I can do is wait for the pain to subside enough for me to pump out a normal work out. (Just for it to fuk them up again most likely)
Edit: I think it was a big ass wrap from a first aid kit, but it did the same thing basically LuL.

It's killing me that you know you have an issue with your knees but you keep lifting anyway! The best way I heard this explained was comparing it to firing a cannon from a row boat. If your joints and tendons are not conditioned to lift, you're booking yourself a front row seat to future problems and injuries. There are lots of body weight exercises you can do daily, throughout the day, that will better prepare your joints and make you much stronger for when you do lift. You're not going to get very far if you don't start addressing your issues and adjust your workout accordingly. With the link below, you could plan a workout that would condition your entire lower body without weights. It might be a good idea to look at a few and give your knees a rehab period, then try lifting.

Moving to another house, no workout today and the rest of the workouts are limited equipment until I get all my stuff over, over ate, yada-yada.

Roughly a third pound of fat over my goal this week.

Hope everything goes smoothly with the move. Do you feel that you have more strength / energy eating more food?

Not really. Reps may be improved but overall feeling better? No.
I honestly felt the same or better when I was obese. The only difference is I'm not obese, I breathe easier, and I don't sweat as often.
Edit:
Today's log.
Moved into new place, no workout. Starting a 4 on 1 off split. Same thing just a little more spread out. I was doing 3 on 1 off before.
