    My Left Knee feels loose

Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Ever since I did leg presses last week my knee has felt like I need to wear a wrap around it to give it some extra support.

I was on my feet a lot saturday and I couldn't even walk on it. There is no pain but there is a loose weak feeling in my knee.

Anyone have any clue what this sound like?

You mean the knee cap or the joint its self? Is it possible you hyperextended your knee during leg presses? If you hyperextended it you could have caused ligament damage. Go see a physio though, they will give you a proper evaluation and exercises to do for rehab, fix it now because if you don't it will only get worse.

I just looked at my knee and found a bruise on the inside part of my knee towards the top.

The weird thing is that it's not sore at all. It just feels like its getting heavier and heavier the more I move it.

You've obviously caused some damage to the joint. You need to see a physio, don't take knee injuries lightly.

It's just so damn easy to bugger up your knees with leg presses and leg extensions. Not worth doing IMO.

I actually found a bruise on the inside of my left knee so im thinking maybe I bumped it and I just have some inflammation thats throwing the whole thing off and making it feel weird.

The funny thing is I don't have pain. Just a loose weakness.

I hope I don't have to stop lifting legs. I don't want to be the guy with a bodybuilder top and a chicken leg bottom.

Squats. Loosen your hips, track the knees in line with the feet and you won't have any issues.

Cool same issue in my left knee

Ive noticed this for years and have learned to live with it, but still drives me crazy. It hurts sometimes but mostly feels like my leg isnt being supported. my leg feels loose and i can wiggle my knee cap much more than my other. my physical therapist said i might need knee surgery.
