    How old are you? food is gonna be your best secret weapon. cut down on the cardio for a couple months eat big.     I have tried a couple of mass gainers and such before. But what I found to work best for me was just eating a meal every 2.5-3 hours. Whether that meal being a pbj and some apple sauce or a protein shake and a bar, just gatta eat a lot. Doing this has helped me put on some weight during my bulk.

    I'd love to actually know this as well. I work a NYC office job and always have those days where I forget to pack myself extra meals and running out and buying food in NYC can get pretty expensive. So was debating having a tub of something at the office as a backup plan.
