If you are bulking correctly, a couple of months is not enough time to see progress, especially at your BF.
If you are bulking incorrectly, then 2 months is plenty of time to see if you've gotten fatter.
If you cut correctly, 2 months is sufficient time to see noticeable fat loss, especially at your BF.
If you cut incorrectly, on one end of the spectrum, 2 months will show not much fat loss, on the other end of the spectrum, it will show extreme fat loss and also muscle loss.

This thread is just plain retarded. 250 pounds is more than a lot of IFBB pros (stage weight). Your arms are completely tiny, and you already have a good amount of fat on yourself now. It would be 100% pointless to get to 250 pounds, you would be considered obese, and probably 40+% body fat. Stop worrying about how much you weigh on a scale, that's just a reference point.

I weigh 250, and I'm 6'5..technically I weight 243 right now (after 5 weeks of cutting). When I was 250 I was at 18% body fat..I didn't physically look fat, I just had no ab definition or anything. 244 @16% body fat now, starting to get better ab definition and back is looking a ton better
EDIT: I don't think you weighing 250 would be a bad idea, 6'0 is a decent height, your lifts are clearly good, you have a good physique, so bulking that much wouldn't be a bad idea necessarily. For OP on the other hand, it would be utterly useless, and unhealthy. He looks like he has 12 inch arms, and im really not trying to be a d*ckhead, but just because you want to bulk to 250, doesn't mean everyone else should.Last edited by CynicalSphere; 10-21-2012 at 10:05 PM.
