thats the whole point of it. right now you're fat and dont have enough muscle to sustain a good physique, but if you cut all that fat down to 10-12% BF and start a clean bulk you'd look a lot better in the future. but if you think getting fatter is the way to go then go for it.

In your 215 squat , you're doing a good morning man and your deadlift is like broke back mountain . What Eddysx is trying to say is , atm you're mostly water/fat which adds up to your total weight(180ish). You said your arms are small rightnow so why would you want to bulk up to 250 for? To get fatter arms? At 180ish , i know guys squatting 405 atg legit .

not to sound extremely ****gy but you look like one of those cute indian kids that i'd want to pat on the head(Srs, no homo)
but on a completely serious note, I think you're at the stage in your physique where you don't need to bulk or cut, you could probably gain muscle and lose fat at the same time for about a good 3 months. Just eat clean, lift hard brah. then as you start to plateau that's when you can decide to bulk/cut, do IIFYM, etc.
