Hey I need some advice on how to lose some belly fat and get more definition in a couple weeks.
I want to go as the hulk for halloween, I have a decent amount of muscle but I'm about 15-17% BF and a bit of a gut. I know I can't spot reduce my belly fat but what can I do to maximize results to lose some belly fat and get more definition on my arms? I already workout regularly and I'm taking creatine. Should I stop taking it? Do more cardio? More reps? No carbs? etc?
