    Gym problems

    I'm 14 and play football. I've been wanting to go to the gym to start actually working out, but none of my freinds ever wanna go with. Any ways of persuading them or any ideas? Thanks for any help given

    I've thought about going alone but it. Will be my first time going to an actual gym. I thought it would be easier with someone I knew

    No, you'll both be equally lost and you'll just end up driving eachother to do pointless obnoxious sh*t in a room with heavy pieces of metal. Spend 30 minutes and read all the stickies and you'll be more prepared for the gym than 95% of us here.

    No one judges in gyms unless you are lifting 5lbs, If your friends dont lift or dont even like lifting then it won't be easier.

    Over-Time it will get easier at your gym, Eventually youll be a regular and comfortable in there.

    Go by your self as it the best way to do it my gym partners come and go I've had about 5 different ones and only one of them still goes after having about 5month break from the gym. I prefer going by my self as it means you finish your session quicker and get a better workout, you also go at whatever time you want to and don't have to wait until your gym partner is ready.

    You are 14 and not grown up enough to have a gym partner.. You will try to show off infront of your gym buddies and will end up using bad form and probably injury your self.
