I decided i am so out of shape. I keep wanting to tone and loose fat i just never do it. Taking before pics to motivate me and see my improvement. Feed back and advice is accepted.

Calfs 15
Neck 13
I don't know my weight I'm guessing 155-160 . I wont worry about that just pics and measurements.
