**Comments: Been taking it easy lately. Simple low frequency workouts. More calories, and less protein and more carb's - mostly junk carbs. Gained 2 lbs in 3 weeks. Definition looks fuller than it's ever
been and 6-pack looks more chiseled. Not sure exactly why, have a few thoeries, going to keep rowing this boat and see what happens. Possibly the always getting sore/muscle memory confusion theory at work. Right now i just have 3 exercise groupings, so each grouping is done 10 days apart. Gives body 10 days to forget what it did. If I add another grouping i won't be repeating an exercise until after 2 weeks time. It seems if anything this will make me better rounded, activate and work different areas. I'm making it up as I go and seeing what works for me.

Trust me, your muscles loves you what ever you do for resistance work.
On supps, I really don't judge all guys promoting the stuff, as long as the get something back and earn some stuff from it, also don't want to be a hypocrite about since I'm pounding mono and BCAA:s at fasting training myself.
