    i'm in the off-season of sorts.

    Just throwing in 2 workouts a week, random easy stuff mostly body-weight. Goal is maintain, zero injuries, while i focus on career stuff & money issues. For now...

    **Comments: Been taking it easy lately. Simple low frequency workouts. More calories, and less protein and more carb's - mostly junk carbs. Gained 2 lbs in 3 weeks. Definition looks fuller than it's ever
    been and 6-pack looks more chiseled. Not sure exactly why, have a few thoeries, going to keep rowing this boat and see what happens. Possibly the always getting sore/muscle memory confusion theory at work. Right now i just have 3 exercise groupings, so each grouping is done 10 days apart. Gives body 10 days to forget what it did. If I add another grouping i won't be repeating an exercise until after 2 weeks time. It seems if anything this will make me better rounded, activate and work different areas. I'm making it up as I go and seeing what works for me.

    Aim small miss small - Day 9

    Deadlift: 15x95, & 3x15 @ 175lbs
    Incline Bench Press @ 135 lbs: 16/14/14
    Weighted Crunches: 3x20 @ 70lbs
    Oblique Crunches: 30 L/R

    Duration: 45 minutes

    Comments:
    Added another little rotation set. Will do this every 4th workout.
    On DL I kept it light, low back not used to yet as I've not done in 3 months or so & I could feel it giving out, belted, double-overhand, strapped.

    Nice workouts for sure!
    Some thoughts: could be a good idea to break up the DL into trippels, double or even singles if you volume it. I you want a quad dominant exercise do fronts squats to replace leg press

    Muscle confusion/DOMs report: Hams and Lats sore last 3 days. Muscles still confused haha.

    Comments:
    Carnitine and Glutamine supplements ran out today - not going to reorder, save $$. Would love to live in society where money didn't exist - or at least try it. Need to post want for services trade ads more often in this world. Lunges pumped the fuark out of my quads.

    Trust me, your muscles loves you what ever you do for resistance work.

    On supps, I really don't judge all guys promoting the stuff, as long as the get something back and earn some stuff from it, also don't want to be a hypocrite about since I'm pounding mono and BCAA:s at fasting training myself.
    But I have sincerely haven't notice any difference or loss of gains even at times when I have been out of supplements. If some one tosses a Whey protein tub at me I wouldn't say no, but I wouldn't spend money on it.
