what Boom, said. Hard to say no to some economical support while you are doing something you love and good at. I would too, if I really needed the money and was good enough. But I would give away the stuff, lost faith in supplements completely. ( but don't tell the industry, maybe a good offer is underway..)

Change of plans
1-the wife has no motivation to workout on her own
2-i want my wife fit and tiny
3-i need to exercise or i get cranky
4-solution: quit strength training routine per se, and we started p90x a month ago, working good so far - my motivation is keeping her going, problem is she gets migraines
and so when that happens it can last 3-4 days so it will end up being p120x more like, but overall going well, even has bumped the sexual desire up a bit so far
5-since 60 minutes seems such a big deal for her i've offered 30 minutes of kids stuff to offset it, making supper/etc for the kids, really eating up spare time but such is
life

so she just got over a 3 week long migraine - i **** you not, i didn't workout a damn day that time period
creature of habit am I, don't like not knowing when the migraine will hit her/how long it will last/etc and disrupt schedule
now tonight we were both capable of exercising and it didn't happen, fuk i don't know
other news: starting the CSD diet today, should keep me lean whether or not i actually work out, also stopped protein powder and all multivitaminsCurrent Training Program:
