    Smile chest workout

    hi everyone!
    I want to show you my chest routine and i will be grateful if u check it.
    i want to focus on my lower chest especiallym to make chest looks full and round with separation between abs atc u know what i mean.
    4*combined series incline dumbell press+ incline flyes - upper chest
    3*combined series on flat dumbell press+flat flyes -all chest
    8* high cable chest flyes (pull from high to low)-lower chest

    should i separate this flyes on cables somehow? please healp me out to improve my workout if its nessesarly.
